La Bohème

Set in bohemian Paris of the 1840s, La Bohème follows a group of impoverished young artists and their loves — none more moving than the doomed romance of the poet Rodolfo and the fragile seamstress Mimì. Puccini's score is among the most rapturously beautiful in all of opera, filled with soaring arias and irresistible melodies that have made this work beloved for over a century.
